I watched the entire Season 3 of "America's Best Dance Crew" over the weekend and I just can't get enough!
Two of my favourite dancers from "So You Think You Can Dance?", Dominic and Hok reappeared as members of the group, Quest Crew. After receiving some minor criticism from the judges, Quest Crew regrouped and came back in Week 6 with a performance that combined their trademark humour with amazing tricks. Words fail to do it justice so just see the embedded video below.

Giving Quest Crew serious competition were Beat Freaks, the most technically adept group of b-girls that I have seen on TV, showcasing their skills with intelligent choreography. If ever there was a strong reason for women to lift weights, Beat Freaks would be it.

I was also an avid fan. As Bowie said, "Mommy's favourite!" I was a big Beat Freaks fan but knew in my heart that Quest Crew would win especially after the final performances. Quest had a classy kick ass finale where BF's stuck with a well executed, but lack lustre routine. $100,000 doesn't go far between so many people! How is it fair that they worked so hard on this show compared with "Deal or No Deal" or other crappy shows like that?
I'm pretty sure that Quest Crew will be raking in the dough now that they have been showcased on "ABDC" but at least they have our respect, which those idiots on "Deal of No Deal" can't possibly afford.
FYI, there was a mommy on the Beat Freaks team. I'm sure Bowie would love to see you spin on your head.
You know that Bowie is more a participant and less an observer. Every time the show was on, SHE was the one spinning on her head.
